What is Metabolic Balance®?

Metabolic Balance is a holistic, whole food personalised nutrition program from Germany tailored to your unique blood chemistry, health history, your body measurements, food preferences that identifies the appropriate foods for your body! Developed by doctors and nutritionists and is backed by 25 years of scientific research to balance your hormones and biochemistry have you feel fabulous!

Laura is a Metabolic Balance practitioner who coaches and supports you through the 4 phases of the program and your personalised Metabolic Balance plan to help you achieve your health goals.

Metabolic Balance® Weight Management Program

4 Steps to Success

Book an initial appointment with Laura to discuss the program, if if it is appropriate for you, take a full health history, body measurements & discuss your food preferences.

Complete a fasting blood test. This blood test looks at 36 different parameters.

Receive your Metabolic Balance® Personalised Nutritional Plan.

Follow your Metabolic Balance® Personalised Plan through the 4 Phases with guidance and support with Laura. 

Pathology Testing

Scientific analysis based on 35 blood values and your health profile will help form the basis of your personalised nutritional plan. 

Personalised Nutritional Plan

You will receive your personalised nutrition plan.  Your plan will tell you what foods are appropriate for you and when you should eat them. 

Supplementation

If required, you may be recommended some additional nutritional support while on your program. 

Coaching 

Laura will guide, support and coach you through the 4 phases of your plan to help you achieve your health goals. No shakes, no gimmicks , just  using whole foods.
